Laura has always been active in health, nutrition and physical fitness. Her love for yoga began 12 years ago, when she moved to Parkland with her family. She began taking local classes in order to assist with her physical training. She found yoga to be a perfect fit to compliment her workouts. She then completed a 200 hour teacher training in Vinyasa Flow in 2012 and later became certified in Yin Yoga, as well. She enjoys teaching people of all ages and levels. Laura has worked with addicts, athletes, veterans and senior citizens to improve their quality of life. She has found much satisfaction in helping others feel healthy and strong.
